Welcome
There are three ways legal information can be found on this site:

1. What type of user are you?

Decide if you are interested in legal help as an:

Individual;
Business or Start-up;
Community or Non-profit user.

Click on the user entry button appropriate to your needs. A list of legal areas will display on the left side of your screen. Choose the topic you want help with, e.g. 'building a website'.

2. Fact Sheet entry point

Click on 'Fact Sheets' above and choose an area of law relevant to your needs.

Use this method if you want to know how a general area of law in Australia applies to the internet or e-commerce.

3. Search the site

Type a word into the search box located in the top right corner of your browser and click 'go'. Keywords are attached to each page on the site. The search engine will find all pages that have your search term attached.
